One of the best services that Hotmail can offer is the one called “Skydrive”. This great service would let us store up to 25 GB of videos, music and other kind of files (we can upload an unlimited amount of pictures and text files without filling up this virtual disk drive) to share with other users. But uploading files and managing them can be hard sometimes, or maybe not hard, but with can make this task easier with a third-party software, one that we would be more than pleased to introduce you.
This software is called “SDExplorer”, a tool that we can install in any computer that has a Windows Operative System. With this tool, our own Skydrive disk will appear as a “touchable unit”, or a virtual unit in our computer, as if it were another disk we own, and the best part is that we don’t have to log-in to our account every time we want to access it, because we can create multiple “Skydrive disk” into our computer. As you can see, this will also let us send files directly into this disk by just right-clicking a file and send it to our Skydrive disk, making it a lot easier than just log-in every time we want to upload files, instead it will “update” our Skydrive when we log-in to our Hotmail account.
A highly-recommendable tool, SDExplorer can be really useful and secure as well, since we can manage our Skydrive disk in an easier way than doing it with our current web browser, it’s both faster and easier (you’ll save yourself a lot of “clicks” per day). Also, if you don’t like this application, deleting it is as easy as installing it and the virtual Skydrive disk will disappear when you uninstall the software too.
